Whether you choose to be photographed on location at your home or in another special location such as a local park or in the studio the key to great photographs is to have fun and get silly. I find that by having fun both children and adults are able to relax more quickly and that leads to capturing natural photographs that shows your family at it’s best and will produce images you will love as much as your Family.

It’s entirely up to you where you choose to have your Cheshire Family Portrait Photography session, be that in a comfortable studio just 1 mile away from the Trafford Centre, just off the M60 in Stockport, in your own home or at your choice of locations in the North West. The studio is great for families that want the contemporary studio experience or are concerned about the British Weather. Being out of the studio means there is more scope for fun both in the range of backgrounds available and the range of activities we can do (can’t easily kick a ball, wield a cricket bat or ride your bike in a studio).

The Family Portrait Session

Whether you come to the Studio, I meet you at your house or on location the first step is to get to know each other, especially the younger members of your family. I will quite often leave the camera on the table whilst we chat about what you want and only once you are all ready the fun starts…

The Results

Whilst some photographers put everything online for you to view I prefer the personal touch and following the session we make an appointment for your own personal viewing session of your Cheshire Family Portrait Photography. All images are available as standard prints, classic framed pictures as well as timeless canvas prints or if you prefer a more modern solution I can supply stunning acrylic wall mounts. Alternatively, for those that want everything I can design you a personalised professionally printed book or the innovative digital album.
